Strawberries with Passionfruit Cream
Ingredients:
500g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
300ml thickened cream
2 teaspoons icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pulp from 6 passionfruit
Method:
Sprinkle strawberries with Grand Marnier and castor sugar.
Refrigerate.
Mix the icing sugar and vanilla essence with the cream and whip until thick.
Fold the passionfruit pulp gently through the cream.
Serve the strawberries with some of the cream on top.
