Chestnut Puree
Ingredients:
½ cup Chestnut Spread
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
100ml cream
300ml additional cream
1 teaspoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Grated Dark Chocolate
Method:
Mix together Chestnut spread, orange rind and Grand Marnier.
Whip cream and add to mixture.
Place into small glass serving bowls.
Whip additional cream with icing sugar and vanilla essence.
To serve : place a dollop of cream on top of chestnut puree, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
