Lois’s Pavlova

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 ¼ cups caster sugar
4 tablespoons boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon vinegar

Method:
Put all ingredients in small mix master bowl, boiling water last.
Whip until meringue consistency.
Line tray with damp brown paper and glad bake.
Cook 150oC for ½ hour, then 125oC for ¾ hour
Leave in oven overnight.
