Chicken Soup with Wontons, Noodles and Bok Choy
Ingredients:
2 litres chicken stock
1 packet fresh noodles – thick or thin
Ready made wontons – available at South Melbourne Markets
2 bunches Bok Choy washed and chopped
Method:
Heat chicken stock, add wontons and cook until they are ready - they rise to the top when ready.
Add the noodles and bok choy.
Ready to eat.
