Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
1 White cabbage
Lemon Vinaigrette dressing
Method:
Finely slice the white cabbage, wash and allow to dry.
Add the vinaigrette dressing and mix in well.
Leave salad for at least one hour to allow the dressing to flavour the cabbage.
Lemon Vinaigrette dressing:
120ml/4fl oz peanut oil (also known as groundnut oil)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
