Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
2 litres chicken stock
1 packet soup noodles, slightly crushed
1 small bunch of parsley, chopped.
1 clove garlic (optional, especially good if you have the flu)
2” piece of ginger, sliced. (optional, especially good if you have the flu)

Method:
Bring the chicken stock to the boil, add soup noodles and cook for a few minutes until soft.
Add parsley.
Ready to serve.
