Mushrooms:

Garlic Mushrooms:
6 large field mushrooms
Butter
Garlic, finely chopped

Method:
Grill the mushrooms, on both sides until they change colour.
Remove from griller , then cut into large slices.
Heat some olive oil in a frypan and add some butter, cook until the butter starts to melt and foam, add the finely chopped garlic and cook gently for 1 minute.
Toss the sliced mushroom in the oil and butter mixture.
