Mini Ham and Cheese Quiches

Ingredients:
2 sheets Puff Pastry (ready rolled)
125g Tasty Cheese, finely grated
125g Ham, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon French grain mustard
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Preheat oven to 200oC.
Using 6 cm round cutter, make 18-20 circles from pastry sheets, press into patty tins.
Place remaining ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into patty cases.
Bake in hot oven for 15-20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
