Prawn Cocktail:
Ingredients:
Fresh Tiger prawns
Shredded lettuce, washed and dried
Avocado, peeled and sliced
Cocktail sauce
Cocktail sauce:
1 cup of Miracle Whip
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 rounded teaspoon BBQ sauce
Mix all of the above ingredients together.
Method:
Shell the prawns but leaving their tails in tact.
Arrange some of the shredded lettuce on half of an entrée plate.
Place about 6 prawns per person on top of the lettuce.
Arrange some of the sliced avocado on the opposite side of the lettuce.
Place a good dollop of the cocktail sauce in the middle with a sprig of parsley.
