Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients:
500g baby new potatoes
60g Butter
1 small carton sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
Small bunch of chives, finely chopped
Small bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Method:
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked.
Melt the butter and toss the potatoes in the butter.
Mix the crushed garlic,chives and parsley into the sour cream and toss through the potatoes.
