Hawaiian Coleslaw

Ingredients:
½ medium cabbage
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 small pineapple (or 15 oz can pineapple pieces)
1 small cucumber
½ lb ham (in 1 or 2 thick slices)
6 radishes
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/3
rd cup French dressing
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Shred cabbage very finely, wash and dry well.
Put cabbage in large bowl, add thinly cut strips of red and green capsicum, chopped pineapple (or well drained pieces).
Add cubed ham, chopped cucumber and sliced radishes.
Toss well with combined mayonnaise, French dressing and salt and pepper. Chill.
