Tex Mix Dip
Ingredients:
1 can Four Bean mix, blended
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1-2 shallots, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, blended
½ cup grated tasty cheese
1-2 avocadoes blended
Taco Seasoning Mix
Corn Chips to decorate and serve
Method:
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together.
Spread blended bean mix into a deep platter.
Spread sour cream and mayonnaise mixture on top of bean mix.
Sprinkle with chopped shallots then spread blended tomato mixture and then blended avocado mixture on top of tomatoes.
Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with the taco seasoning mix.
Decorate with corn chips.
