Lobster Tails in Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
4 Lobster tails
125g butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Method:
Melt butter and add crushed garlic.
Mix well.
Brush lobster tails with this mixture and either brown under a hot griller or in hot oven.
Brush with remaining garlic butter.
